Favorite New Words

Every day, new words are added to our vocabulary. The following are just a few of my new favorites. Included with each entry is information on how to pronounce the word, the meaning of the word and the origin of the word.

    Adj. - an unfortunate circumstance coinciding with an otherwise marvelous event or situation

    Used in a sentence - Due to the rainstorm, Karlee's wedding day turned out to be crumnastic.

  • Fistarious Gauge [fa-STARE-us]

    Noun - A component that is typically broken or faulty and is the cause of a problem.

    Used in a sentence - The Web site is down because the fistarious gauge is broken.
