Good Grief.. Lawsuits are REALLY out-of-hand!!! (No pun intended)

I've never sued anyone or been sued, nor do I claim to offer legal advice. However, I am of the opinion that there are too many people abusing the legal system. In regards to the latest "missing finger" story on CNN.com, you just know there are going to be cases filed.
